Character
Along with his partner Kevin, Tim-Tom was originally a henchman for Dr. Girlfriend when she was known as the super-villainess Lady Au Pair.
She recently reunited with them, and they now work for her & The Monarch and are known as the Pupae Twins.
The two are known for bullying the monarch's other henchmen mostly Henchmen 21 and 24 but lie to Dr. Girlfriend that they were being bullied.
In Return to Malice, it is shown that although they are normally fearless, the two were both intimidated by the Monarch when he confronted them outside of his wife's presence causing them to gain fear of him.
In Season 4, they gain respect for 21 after he undergoes intense training and becomes the general to the other henchmen.
According to Phantom Limb they are possibly sleeper agents, but this was never confirmed.
In Operation P.R.O.M., it is revealed they are responsible for marking the names of people that 21 believe are responsible for 24's death.
In The Devil's Grip, Henchman 21 go to the cocoon to save Dr. Venture and the moppets proceed to turn the two against each other. When 21 reveals that he knows Kevin and Tim-Tom were responsible for the death of his best friend, he turns the other henchmen against them before The Monarch's Cocoon was destroyed by Sergeant Hatred at the conclusion of the episode, leaving their fate unclear.
In All This and Gargantua-2, it is confirmed the two have been killed when Dr. Mrs. The Monarch mentions wishes the two of them could see the new house only for 21 and The Monarch (who are aware of the true cause of their deaths) to get uneasy.
