Speculation: Is it possible that the Blue Morpho is not The Monarch's biological father but instead the husband of
the Monarch's mother. Both The Blue Morpho and Dr. Jonas,Sr. were swingers and it's possible that Rusty and
the Monarch are half-brothers. Also Billy Quizboy's mother was a superhero at the same time Jonas,Sr. and the
Blue Morpho were active so could Billy also be a half-brother
