Steppenwolf was a super-villain in the Guild of Calamitous Intent and secretly councilman 9 of The Council of 13. He was voiced by Christopher McCulloch.

He appeared to be one of the more welcoming members of the council. When Phineas Phage joins the group to replace Councilman 4/Boggles. He insists they have a form of celebration to commemorate the new event.

Biography Edit

Little is known about Steppenwolf's past and background. He is a werewolf-themed supervillain and appears to be one of the older members of the group alongside Dr. Z, Boggles the Clue Clown, Dragoon, and Red Mantle. He owns a car similar to that owned by the family in The Munsters. After Councilman 4/Boggles the Clue Clown passes away, he's replaced by Dr. Phineas Phage. Steppenwolf seemed excited over the new event, stating it was the first time in 15 years, since the group had a new member. He insisted, along with Dr. Z, that they celebrate the moment and welcome the member to the team. Though the Sovereign rebuffs the idea, the group decide to do it without him.

Steppenwolf also apparently carpools with the other villains and Councilman 10 may be the one he drives to the meetings. He drove 10, Dr. Z, 4/Phineas Phage, Dragoon, and Red Mantle to Don Hell's nightclub. He and Councilman 10 may have a friendship, as he seems to understand when he talks and drives him to the meetings, as it was shown in All This and Gargantua-2.

He would appear for the last time in "All This and Gargantua-2", getting called by the Sovereign for an important meeting. Reluctantly he was late, because Councilman 10 wanted some Chinese food. Unknown to them, a car bomb had been placed on Steppenwolf's car. The two men were killed instantly when the bomb went off.

Notes Edit

  • Given his age, it is possible he's one of the more older villians who probably arched in Jonas Venture Sr.'s time.

Trivia Edit

  • His name is likely based on the band Steppenwolf, or possibly the German novel, and the film on which it was based, wherein the protagonist has his morals corrupted by exposure to the high society which he had previously despised.
