One of the villains complaining about The Guild of Calamitous Intent's state of disarray in the episode Hostile Makeover , Purple Rose[1] wanted to see more people of color on the newly reformed Council of 13.[2]
He was present at the Guild of Calamitous Intent meeting where the Council of 13 put out a bounty for the capture of the second Blue Morpho.[3] When he suggested they get pitchforks like in Dracula, Hogfish corrected him by saying it was Frankenstein.
