Manta Claus is a character that has been mentioned several times on The Venture Bros. but has never appeared.
Character History[]
Along with Animus, Manta Claus is first mentioned by Phantom Limb in Hate Floats as guests to have over for a dinner party. However, he reconsiders, thinking the situation would be awkward.
In Operation P.R.O.M., The Monarch mentions that he once watched Dr. Girlfriend ''suck Manta Claus dry'' and then make him breakfast in the morning. However, in Home is Where the Hate is, The Monarch stopped being a fan of Manta Claus once he learned Manta Claus uses a hidden scuba tank and his claws are made of Sculpey. Manta Claus is a resident of Malice, living a single block away from The Monarch's old home there (formerly Phantom Limb's home.)
