In The Terrible Secret of Turtle Bay, two unnamed muggers rob the unconscious Dean Venture and Hank Venture, including stealing their communicator watches. Brock discovers this and tracks the muggers to their home, where he gives them a mighty thrashing and seemingly kills them.
Later in Return to Spider-Skull Island, they end up in the Supervillain Prison as part of the Scared Straight program designed to prevent youth from becoming henchpeople and villains. The Monarch and King Gorilla attempt to terrorize them into going straight.
