History[]

Season 3[]

Monseñor along with the rest of the Council oversaw the The Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend's trial.

Season 4[]

He was present when the Council held a trial for Intangible Fancy due to illegally smuggling contraband. He then witnessed fellow councilmen Red Mantle and Dragoon's kidnapping at the hands of Phantom Limb.

Season 5[]

He was first seen performing the funeral rites for the recently departed Clue Clown. He then read the Clue Clown's final riddle for all those present which involved a jack-in-the-box, suddenly Clue Clown's corpse sprung out of his coffin while hanging on a spring shocking almost everyone present.

Later during the Council of 13 meeting, the group was planning to hold a party to celebrate their newest member, however Monseñor could not go as he had a youth group that night.

Monseñor would appear one last time in "All This and Gargantua-2". He was given a call for an emergency meeting by the Sovereign. However, only he, Mommy Longlegs, Dr. Girlfriend, and Dr. Phineas Phage had made it. Unknown to them, the Sovereign had arranged the murders of their other fellow councilmen. Its then the Sovereign announced his intentions to destroy Gargantua-2 and all the innocent civilians aboard. The remaining four members were appalled by his idea.

Dr. Girlfriend stated it would be breaking every treaty the Guild made with the OSI and for others, it conflicted with their belief of harming the innocent. The Sovereign wasted no time when they refused to help, he released a poisonous gas to kill them in their cells. Unfortunately for Monseñor, he was the first to die from the poisonous gas.

Trivia[]

  • Judging from his accent and luchadore-themed attire, he appears to be of Mexican origin.
